Endure Relays - How Does it Work?
How long is the course?
Each lap is 2.5KM on a fast, urban course designed to keep you moving and motivated. Whether you're sprinting or pacing, it’s built to help you go the distance.
How many laps do we need to run?
Participants can run as many or as little laps as they want! It depends on the challenge you’re chasing:
13 laps as a team = a 20-mile effort
17 laps = the Marathon distance
20 laps = the epic 50K Ultra
How long do we have?
You’ve got 4 hours – and the clock doesn’t stop.
This is a tactical relay, so plan your team’s approach:
- Go all-out early with short rests?
- Or aim for a negative split and unleash a late surge?
How many people are on a team?
Everyone is welcome at Endure Relays! Participants can register for Teams of 4 in Open, Female and Mixed categories, or in Pairs in Male, Female and Mixed categories.
Please note, if registering for a Team of 4, Mixed Teams must be two males and two females, or one male and three females. Open Teams must be four males or three males and one female.
