Team entry
We welcome team entries from pairs up to 12 team members.
Team Category
You can enter a mixed, female or male team into the event. Team categories are as follows:
Pairs; Small Team (3-5 team members); Large Team (6-8 team members); XL Fun Team* (9-12 team members)
Simply select the 'Team of 3 or more' ticket on the booking page and click the + icon to select how many team members you want in your team!
Entry
Team Captains, (those who create the team) select their team size and pay for the whole team upfront. The Team Captain then sends out invites to team members via their Let's Do This account. Team members do not pay upon registration as the payment of entry monies must take privately between the Team Captain and team members.
Team Captain
The team captain has a very important role in managing the team on the event. They have the responsibility of ensuring all team members are aware of the rules and particularly the health and safety aspects of the event. It is important to have someone managing the run schedule and checking that everyone is ok. You should also allocate a deputy for sleep breaks.
