I need to cancel my place

We operate a 14 day cooling off period: during the first 14 days after registration, your fee is fully-refundable should you change your mind. After this point your Entry Fee becomes non-refundable under any circumstances, including illness or injury. 

We do have some options for you if you cannot attend:

- Event transfer (to other Endure24 event: Reading/Leeds)

- Participant transfer

- Deferral to the following year (solo or full team deferral)
